TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promotion is conducted by the Club Hotel Chinchilla and Commercial Hotel Chinchilla and directed by The Venue Manager.
ELIGIBILITY
- Entrants must be over the age of 18
- Entrants must be current member of the Hotel with an active venue rewards card.
- Partners or immediate family of the staff member conducting the draw cannot participate in the competition
- Staff members, directors or any employees cannot participate in the promotion.
HOW TO GAIN ENTRY
Tickets will be awarded from 10am Monday 1st September and will cease upon the drawing of the first prize winner on Friday 31st October 2025.
- Minor draws will begin from 6pm with a draw every 15 mins.
- Major draws will occur at 8pm.
- Members must insert their active membership card into the card reader units (‘vectors’) attached to each gaming machine. A ticket will be generated for each $10 in Turnover. The automatic ticket is generated via the Max-e-Draw system.
- Members must swipe their active membership card when making a purchase at any point of sale terminal. Tickets will be awarded for every $5 worth of product purchased.
- Patrons can view their tickets via swiping at the Player Kiosk or when inserting their card into a Vector Card Reader.
- At each venue’s discretion, there will be bonus ticket days. These will be announced via social media and in-venue advertising.
- The winner will be announced via the venue’s public announcement system across both venues. The person drawn out must be present to claim the prize otherwise another name will be draw until there is a winner.
- The winner will be given 2 minutes to present themselves to a gaming or promotions staff member.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE
- There will be 8 smaller draws preceding one large major draw. The major prize draw is one (1) prize of $5000 cash. If the winner is not present, there will be further draws until a winner is found.
- The winner of each draw will be announced via the venue’s public announcement system.
ADMINISTRATION OF THE PRIZE
- Winning members will be asked to supply a membership card or formal ID before they can claim their prize.
- The major cash prize will be direct debited into the patron’s nominated bank account the next business day.
- The Winners name will be recorded and they must sign beside their name upon collection of the prize as proof of receipt of prize.
- The Hotel Management’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The venue accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
- The Winner’s name is stored in a folder stored by the Promotions Manager for future reference only.
